Another vote for Blood and Smoke. Ugh. I may hate it so much because the last time I did it, on my Ranger, we started out with four people and two henchmen (Alesia and Dunham). One warrior dropped really soon, but it wasn't a big loss because we had a level 20 MM in our party (yay!). Unfortunately, the MM had to go as well, leaving my ranger self with another warrior, Alesia and Dunham. We still managed to finish it, but it was a giant PITA.
I also hate the Monk's Path in the desert. I am so glad my ranger is a monk secondary, so I won't have to do it again.

I utterly and absolutely agree with anyone who said "everything Maguuma" and "everything with Devourers". Blood and Smoke being the most annoying of all, if you don't kill the Centaur on your way.
The dwarf guy in the middle of nowhere that gives you quests that require you to rezone in and out 3 or 4 times is annoying too, but at least the mine is nice.
Orozar, Alkar and Final Assault are among the funnest possible quests once you start doing them, but finding a competent party of 8 before that is probably the biggest pain in the ass ever. Damn you, farmers! :P
Also, quests in the north of Crystl Desert are simply infuriating. It's a hard area, but not challenging-and-fun kind of hard, but grind-through-millions-of-utterly-the-same-packs-of-devourers-and-scarabs kind of hard. A good portion of pointless grind.
Defend Droknar's Forge is dull beyond belief, but at least you can do some capping on your way. Other Titan quests are quite fun.

Blood and Smoke if done the proper way. The easy way around the rezones, is to kill the boss from the get go..get the heart, then talk to Dark Oak. Kill two with one, so to speak. But done the proper way, it is most certainly the worst. But then again, the vast majority of the maguuma-esque quests are.

It's not a long quest, it's not a difficult quest: but damn It's annoying. Too bad it usually gives good skills as quest reward, or i'd forget it altogether.

You can't be serious! The pig quest is the best one! Always good for a riot of laughter with a couple of friends.

Eye for Profit=spiders are quite annoying
Trying to find groups for the Titans Quests
I don't really like any of the post ascalon quests. the scenery is repetive and the devourers can kiss my *bleep*.
But I think the one quests that I am beginning to LOATHE is Reversing the Scales. Ususally by the time is reach this quest I am say like level 13 or so? No matter which direction you go to reach Lord Timot, you have to wade through gobs and gobs of mergoyles and undead and those pesky crippling anguishes. I finally reach Lord Timots area, most likely with a good dose of DP to set me back, and the four Executioners start owning my party. What really sux is when you die, the Lord begins to move. If you have not cleared the ENTIRE area, including the Resurrect shrine, you will never catch him and have to start the whole dam mission over.
Ya ya take a MM blah blah blech. But when no one wants to do this with you and you are, like me, a Mesmer, and Ele, a Ranger, etc. this mission just plain sucks with henchs.
My 2 cents

For me its the Thunderhead Keep mission. Not because I find it incredibly hard myself, but it seems that most PUG groups I have ever been in (with a few very nice exceptions) fall apart at the seams during this one. You get through the quest fine until the very end and then decide to 'camp the king'. Of course, you always have SOMEONE in the party who decides to rush out, people see them going and follow, everyone starts running around like madmen, king dies and bam..mission failed.

Personally I like long quests something that takes time. You got to remeber theres a difference between a quest (a long dangerous journey high chance of death, low chance of survival, crazy, what are we waiting for?) and a errand (a short meaning less "Quest" where you run into the town give a message/item to a person and return.) Besides looks at what your character is do you think a Warrior would find takeing a Message to a Warmaster intersting or even worth thier time? They probiliy say, "Save your errand for some cowad!!! I am a fighter not an errand boy you stupid mage!!!"

Pretty much any quest where you have to keep person X alive while they run ahead and aggro EVERYTHING. "Hey Prince, do you mind if I get my item drops?"

Blood and Smoke is the worst quest in the game. Period. Too bad I have a necro that's as good as ready for the jungle now. That and the Desert are my least favorite parts of the game.

The quest I found very annoying above all else was going out from Yak's bend looking for the ascalon ppl who had not made it to Yak's Bend. Before Anet fixed this, they always were located in the middle of a large group of ice golums and dwarves who always had the group killed before you got there. You could even leave from the closest portal (leading back to ascalon) and never make it in time. I failed that quest like 40 times before finally getting it. Now Anet has the group located in another place safe from being killed and I have had no problems since.
Helping the Dwarves is my all time least fav quest now. I've had to reset the map when the battle plans did not drop for me. I think one of my hench got them.
Blood and Smoke is easy. I always collect the heart first but I really hate those dropping spiders...
The Last Hog is way to easy. If not for the ettins I don't know why they even bother making it a quest lol.

Blood and Smoke, as well as anything else in jungle was very difficult for my ranger and monk, especially the nasty spiders, when you kill one and four others will drop from the trees. But with my MM necro, the jungle was probably the easiest area in the game. Lots of bodies and I didn't have have to do anything, because minions attack the spiders as soon as they drop from the trees and obviously have no problem with poison.
The worst quest for this char was actually The Forgotten Ones, where you have to get to that guy that gives you the 15 att pts quest. I don't know if they changed it since I have been there with my previous characters, but with MM, it was hell. I could swear there weren't so many Hydras around before. Now I had to fight many of them and couldn't get the bloody henchies to go in front of me, so I usually got a nice welcome in form of Meteor+Fireball.

With out a doubt the jungle is the worst area in the game. You have the three most annoying creatures Anet could think of. 1. Devourers 2. Spiders 3. Scarabs...That's it. This trio of annoying creatures put together make the trip and all subsiquent quests in the area hell.
